Delivery

For orders under £40.00, the delivery cost will be £1.95 (excluding water butts, Windowgrow and auto top up reservoirs).

For orders £40.00 and over, the delivery cost will be £4.95.

When will I receive my order?

Mainland UK delivery is usually within two working days as per the table below. Please note that during exceptionally busy periods delivery may be delayed. In these circumstances we will notify you by email of the actual delivery date.

For orders being delivered to Ireland or remote areas of Scotland please allow an extra working day. For delivery to other non-UK Mainland areas please allow 10 working days.

One of our Customer Advisors will contact you to confirm the delivery date. We know that it’s very exciting to be receiving something by post, so we do all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
