Maximum UK Mainland Delivery charge is £4.95

Light items: Delivery charge £2.95
Standard items and Orders over £40: Delivery charge £4.95 

These delivery prices are UK Mainland only. 
Islands, Highlands, Ireland and Rest of the World are calculated and displayed when you add to your shopping basket. 

Standard UK Mainland Delivery Times
You will receive your order within 2 working days as per the table below.

Please note that during exceptionally busy periods delivery may be delayed. In these circumstances we will notify you by email of the actual delivery date. One of our Customer Advisors will contact you to confirm the delivery date. We know that it’s very exciting to be receiving something by post, so we do all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

What If you're out?

Royal Mail: If you have paid £2.95
If the parcel won’t fit through your letter box and you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver, the driver will leave you a card asking you to collect your parcel from your local delivery office or to call the number on the card to arrange a redelivery.

Courier: If you have paid £4.95
You can add alternative delivery instructions (such as a safe place to leave your parcel) when you place your order. If you are not in and you have not provided ‘if out’ instructions the driver will leave a card asking you to call the phone number on the card to arrange a redelivery or to arrange to collect the parcel from your local depot.

Delivery to Islands, Highlands, Ireland and Rest of the World
For orders to Ireland or remote areas of Scotland please allow an extra working day. You will receive a confirmation of the delivery date on your email order confirmation.
Delivery to Europe can take up to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation of the delivery date on your email order confirmation.

 If you would like to arrange a specific delivery day or an instruction as to where to leave your product, please complete the 'comments' box in the online checkout, email info@greenhousesensation.co.uk or call 0845 602 3774 after you have placed your order.

14 Day Returns

We will refund or exchange any product, providing it's in a fully re-saleable condition if you notify us of your intention within 14 days.

Simply phone 0845 602 3774 or email info@greenhousesensation.co.uk to notify us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
You will then have 7 working days for the goods to be returned.

To return your goods follow these steps...
1: Notify us of your intention to return the goods by emailing info@greenhousesensation.co.uk or calling 0845 602 3774 within 14 working days of the goods being delivered. Add ‘RETURNS’ to the subject line of your email.

2: Return the goods so they are received by Greenhouse Sensation within 7 working days of notifying us of your intention to return the goods. Once we receive your goods we will refund your money in full (excluding carriage charges).
This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

In the case of faulty goods being delivered please contact us immediately by telephone or email.
Faulty goods will be replaced by us and return postage costs incurred will be refunded. Or we can refund the full price paid including the delivery charge and we will arrange for the product to be collected at our cost.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned product(s) being received by Greenhouse Sensation.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before your order has been received by you. To cancel an order call 0845 602 3774 or email info@greenhousesensation.co.uk with the subject line ‘CANCEL ORDER’. If your order has not been dispatched we will refund your payment card in full within 7 working days of the cancellation email been received. We will email you a confirmation that your refund has been processed.

All of our products are guaranteed for 12months. If you have cause to use your guarantee please call 0845 602 3774 or email info@greenhousesensation.co.uk and we will repair, replace or refund your product as per your statutory rights.
