We used our own greenhouse grown Ginger for this recipe.
150ml Soy Sauce
2 tblsp Honey
1 tblsp sunflower oil
2” Fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
Combine the ingredients and toss the chicken wings in the marinade to coat. Place under the grill or in a moderately hot oven.
Reserve the marinade and brush the wings occasionally during cooking.
Serve with Potato wedges and salad.
