A complete vegetable plot perfect for - Lettuce, Radish, Spring Onion, Tomatoes, Peppers, Beans and Cucumber
Our Quadgrow-Plus planter does the watering for you so you get faster growing, healthier plants that produce bigger harvests!
The trough section is for salad crops such as lettuces and radish while the planter's 4 pots can be used for tall plants such as tomatoes, beans and cucumbers.
Harvests are 2x bigger when grown in this planter compared with grow bags or pots because it maintains perfect soil moisture for 10 days at a time. The soil is never too dry or too wet and the roots have better access to oxygen which fuels faster growth.
This perfect moisture is maintained by FeederMats in the pots and trough which pull water up from the SmartReservoir into the soil around the roots when the plants need it,always maintaining airgaps that are crucial for plant health. Growing an impressive crop has never been easier.
Your plants will be stronger and healthier because there's no risk of any erratic watering which often causes root rot, split fruit, bolting and wilt.
If you want to grow salads and herbs outdoors all year choose the mini greenhouse option.

The Quadgrow-Plus produces healthier plants and bigger harvests by providing your plants with constant access to water without ever over-watering.
Plants need to constantly replace the water they use, but overwatering prevents roots from accessing oxygen and is the number one cause of plant demise.
What happens when we overwater?
If soil is over-watered the pores in the soil become blocked and the roots can't access the air in the soil. The lack of oxygen means that the roots can't take up water or nutrients. A plant weakened by overwatering becomes susceptible to disease. If the over-watering is repeated the roots suffocate and die.
What happens when we underwater?
When we underwater plants their overall health is affected, cell growth slows down and the plant becomes less able to carry out the following specific functions.
Without sufficient water plants struggle to move nutrients from the roots around the plant and to move glucose from the leaves to other cells in the plant. This results in some parts of the plant and some fruit being deficient in esential nutrients.
Under-watered plants make less glucose during the photosynthesis process.
Underwatered plants transpire less. Plants need carbon dioxide for photosynthesis (they combine water, carbon dioxide and light to produce glucose). They access this carbon dioxide through 'stomata', which are microscopic openings on their leaves and stems. The stomata open and close regularly to absorb carbon dioxide and as they do this they also release water, this release of water is called transpiration. If the plant is short of water it won't open its stomato as frequently and therefore it won't photosynthesise as much. Sunny, hot weather increases the rate of transpiration, so plants need more water in these conditions.
It's no wonder then that incorrect watering causes most gardening problems.
