Herbgrow

The Herbgrow produces healthier, better tasting herbs by providing your plants with constant access to water without ever over-watering. Herbs, like all plants, need to constantly replace the water they use, but overwatering prevents roots from accessing oxygen and is the number one cause of plant demise. Incorrect watering causes most gardening problems. Ther first signs of problems with watering herbs are the plants become limp and droopy, leaves yellow and turn woody.

Underwatering

When we under-water we restrict the plant's ability to carry out photosynthesis and to carry nutrients around the plant, so they become susceptible to disease, their growth slows and eventually they die. Herbs grown on a windowsill are often subjected to underwatering because they are left to dry our during the day.

Over-watering

If the soil is over-watered the pores in the soil become blocked and the roots can't access the air. This lack of oxygen means the roots suffocate and die, which then means that the roots can’t take up water or nutrients. A plant weakened by overwatering becomes susceptible to disease, particularly fungal attacks.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge).

N:B Definition of UK Mainland
UK Mainland is defined as postcodes on mainland England, Wales and Scotland excluding the following postcodes.
AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28 , IV30-32, IV36-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-70, PH4-44, and PH49-50. 
Delivery to the above postcodes incurs a small surcharge, which will be displayed when you enter your postcode. 

Royal Mail: If you have paid £2.95
If the parcel won’t fit through your letter box out and you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver, the driver will leave a card asking you to collect your item from your local delivery office or arrange a redelivery.

Courier: If you have paid £4.95
You can add 'If Out' delivery instructions (such as leave in the garage if out) when you place your order. If you are not in and you have not provided ‘if out’ instructions the driver will leave a card asking you to call the phone number on the card to arrange a redelivery or to arrange to collect the parcel from your local depot (low cost local charges apply).

Gifts
If your order is for a gift add 'Gift' to the Comments section when you place your order, or if you are ordering over the phone just let us know and we will email you the receipt instead of including it in the parcel. There will be no other indication of price in the parcel.
