raised bed irrigation kit
Simple and effective irrigation for raised beds - will have you watering in minutes.
Available in 10m (for raised bed 1.2mx1.2m to 1.8mx1.8m) and 20m (for rasied bed 2.4x1.8m to 2.4m x 2.4m) kits – easy-fit extension kits available.
Our ultra simple and highly effective Irrigation Kit will keep your borders and raised beds watered without fuss. Simply click the Irrigation Kit straight onto an outdoor or indoor tap or water butt. There are no fiddly fittings and our complete kit includes everything you need.
The irrigation points release water slowly, giving the soil time to absorb the water, so less is lost to evaporation than when using soaker hoses and watering cans – and ensuring you’re not drowning your plants.
We’ve spaced the irrigation points evenly, 30cms apart (33 holes per 10 metres), the ideal spacing for most veg and flower beds and we’ve included in-line filtration throughout the irrigation pipe to prevent blockages from any debris and lime scale, so you can safely hide the pipe under soil.
Includes:
Effective Filteration – so you can bury the pipe
The combination of master filter and the filteration throughout the irrigation pipe protects against lime scale build-up and soil blockages. Because the irrigation points are self-cleaning you can hide the pipe under soil, mulch and bark.
Flexible Irrigation Pipe– so you can go round corners
The Irrigation Pipe is flexible, enabling you to go around corners and bend around pots, trees and other obstructions.
Bridging Pipe so you can link different areas
It’s easy to link the different areas you want to be watered thanks to the bridging pipe that simply pushes onto the irrigation pipe.
Pressure regulator for even watering
The in-line filter is pressure regulated, ensuring that the flow is even throughout the irrigation pipe, so you know how much water all of your plants are receiving.
Easy-fit Extension Kit
Make your Irrigation Kit as long as you need, whenever you need. Simply choose our extension kit, (a length of extra bridging pipe and irrigation pipe). Each length of pipe includes the necessary connectors which simply ‘push’ onto each other.
Electronic Water Timer
To completely automate your watering you can add our electronic water timer, which means you can enjoy your holidays with peace of mind that your plants will be looked after.

What's great about it?
A simple way to water raised beds
Easy to set up
There are just three parts to connect together and then attach the Raised Bed Watering Kit to a hose pipe connector and you are ready to start watering your Raised Bed.
Delivers the right amount of water
The healthier your watering, the healthier your plants will be. The Raised Bed Watering Kit always delivers 1litre of water per drip hole per hour. That’s 33litres per 10metre dripper per hour.
When the weather is cooler, simply run the water for less time. No more absent mindedly drowning one area of your Raised Bed and ignoring the other.
Water your Raised Bed – not the air
The slow release of the watering kit means that more of the water can be absorbed by the soil than is possible when simply watering with a watering can. When you create a puddle of water with a watering can much of this can be evaporated away before the soil has chance to absorb and distribute it.
Labour Free
Simply attach the raised bed kit your tap or water butt and let the water do the work - while you sit back and relax.
Discreet
The self cleaning drip holes allow you to bury all pipes and connectors under soil, mulch and bark, creating a clearer, more presentable garden.

How it Works

The Raised Bed Irrigation Kit simply connects to your tap or waterbutt via a hosepipe connector.
From a mains tap the irrigation points deliver approximately 1 litre of water per drip hole per hour, so in a 10m kit that’s 33 litres of water.
From a water butt the drip rate will be considerably slower and will depend on how high your water butt is off the ground.
The slow drip watering rate means that the soil has chance to absorb the water rather than it evaporating.
1. Connect the Irrigation Kit to your tap or water butt using hose and click fittings
2. Use the bridging pipe to take you from your tap to your raised bed.
3. Lay the Drip Irrigation pipe in the area you want to water and use the stakes to hold it in place.
4. Simply turn your tap on, and get on with something else.
5. Once you are happy your plants are adequately watered just turn your tap off
