Made In England By Greenhouse Sensation

Special Price: 2 x Quadgrows for £69.90

Perfect For Growing Tomatoes, aubergines, sweet peppers, beans, cucumbers, courgettes and peas.

Harvests are 2x bigger when grown in a Quadgrow planter compared with growbags or pots because in a Quadgrow the soil is never too dry or waterlogged. The roots also have better access to oxygen so they absorb more water and nutrients which fuels faster growth and bigger harvests.

The Quadgrow is easy to use, place the FeederMats in the pots, add compost and plants, and fill the Quadgrow's SmartReservoir. The planter will get to work keeping your plants perfectly fed and watered for 14 days at a time.

The Quadgrow's FeederMats pull water up from the SmartReservoir into the soil around the roots – precisely where the plants need it - maintaining perfect moisture levels at all times. Growing an impressive crop has never been easier.

Your Quadgrow plants will be stronger and healthier because there's no risk of any erratic watering which often causes root rot, split fruit and blossom end rot.

This planter is a favourite amongst keen gardeners and chilli farms, and was nominated for best space-saving product by Grow Your Own magazine readers. Ideal for growing in greenhouses, polytunnels and on patios.

“Fill it up and you can go away for a weekend and the plants will not run short of water.”BBC’s Beechgrove Garden. Watch the full video review here.

Free Feed: Includes 2.5 Litres of award-winning Nutrigrow Plant Feed worth £10.99.

Quadgrow Media Review - Roger Backhouse - Garden Writer & Allotment Holder

Our Quadgrow self-watering planter is a great alternative to growing vegetables in pots and growbags and is the perfect way to grow your own tomatoes. The Quadgrow planter produces healthier plants and bigger harvests by providing plants with constant access to water without ever over-watering.

What happens when we overwater?
Overwatering prevents roots from accessing oxygen and is the number one cause of plant demise.

When soil is over-watered the pores in the soil become blocked and the roots can't access the air in the soil. Roots need access to oxygen in order to absorb water and nutrients, so lack of oxygen means that the roots can't take up water or nutrients. A plant weakened by overwatering is susceptible to disease, particularly fungal attacks. If the over-watering is repeated the roots suffocate and die.

What happens when we under-water?
Underwatered plants don’t have enough water to make glucose for photosynthesis, for developing cells and for two other critical functions.

1: Transporting nutrients and glucose
Water is needed to carry nutrients from the soil and glucose from the leaves to the other parts of the plant. This is why the calcium deficiency blossom end rot is often caused by erratic watering even if there is sufficient calcium in the soil but not enough water to transport it to the tomatoes.

2: Accessing carbon dioxide
Plants access the carbon dioxide they need for photosynthesis by opening the pores on their leaves and stems. When the pores open they also release water. If the plant is short of water it won't open the pores as often and therefore it won't photosynthesise as much, which will lead to lack of glucose and stunted growth. Sunny, hot weather and windy conditions increase the rate of water loss through the pores, so plants need more water in these conditions.

Sexy products with stunning design Review by Warren
Quality
Father Christmas bought me a big double-decker Vitopod and he made an excellent choice (I did put it on my Xmas list tho)! Well made and very, very sexy looking - my carnivorous plants moved in so they could be warm in the cold of the February sun and are over the moon. They're so happy they're refusing to countenance the idea of moving out which means I'll need another Vitopod for the seed propagating it was originally intended for. Grrr...!

GS - am currently using the wife's mink coat as a protector against frost damage of the Vitopod as it's outdoors - do you sell a protective cover?

On the strength of the Vitopod I have bought two Quadgrows for the greenhouse veg - haven't put them to work yet but I have no doubt as to how effective they'll be. They are really robust - so much so I am about to order two more units on behalf a gardening client without even having tried them out myself yet.

If you thought sugar was addictive, you'll find Garden Sensation's kit even more difficult to resist!

A great British product! Review by Guy Fiver
Quality
I ordered two Quadgrow planters at the beginning of this year, hoping to improve the performance of my sweet pepper plants which had never produced anything of significant size or quality while growing in the soil in my polytunnel. I originally set up both planters on the greenhouse staging, but after two months one variety of peppers was pushing on the roof so much that I had to move the whole setup into the polytunnel to give them more room to grow.
I've had a glut of tomatoes before, (as many gardeners often do) but never a glut of peppers. My neighbors usually benefit from my tomato glut, this year they had both tomatoes and peppers. As I write on the 21st of December I still have 7 plants with fruits on, varying from green to orange, still going strong on the plant food supplied with the Quadgrow system.
Hoping to get the same fantastic results with chilli production I recently ordered two chilligrow planters.
Can't wait to get started on those. Meanwhile, I had better go and lower the staging in the greenhouse !
A great British product, thank you Greenhouse Sensation. (Posted on 30/03/2016)
the best chance of improving the yield from our tomatoes and chillis Review by David Swan
Quality
Great qualiity of product and service.

We live in France and placed an order from here to be delivered to a friend's house in England. This was carried out extremely quickly and without question.

We had to wait for our friend to come to France but we got our hands on the boxes today and are very satisfied. We have been using a Vitopod for some years and feel that the Quadgrow Planters will give us the best chance of improving the yield from our tomatoes and chillis. (Posted on 30/03/2016)
Streets ahead of those grown in my conventional way! Review by Patrick
Quality
I was Intrigued when I first read about your quadgrows and like a lot of gardening equipment didnt think it could possibly be as good as you claimed. However, having just purchased a new greenhouse thought I would give it a try anyway. That year my tomatos and peppers grown in the quadgrow were streets ahead of those grown in my conventional way, in bottomless pots. I found them so easy to use solving all my watering problems and giving me the best crop I could remember with little effort.
I was so pleased that I ordered two more quadgrows, now I have three which are already cropping in late June. If only I had more room in my greenhouse for more! (Posted on 25/08/2015)
Self confessed Quadgrow addict Review by Hannah King
Quality
Greenhouse sensation have become a bit of a lifeline for my gardening needs. I like to grow as much as possible in my courtyard and I've bought several Quadgrows and Chilligrows. What amazing products. For the first time I've been able to achieve bumper harvests and don't have to water the plans every day. They even take care of the nutrients. The Gardening 'angels' are just that! They've answered a myriad of my beginners questions. Delivery is always prompt and the products themselves are great with clear instructions and everything you need to get started even including nutrients for healthy plants. Amazing company and very helpful staff! (Posted on 25/08/2015)
I don't have to keep going outside to get water. Review by Maggie Oakman
Quality
Have bought recently two chilli grow and Two quad grow the greenhouse 25lt water butt and timer. Am really pleased with the quality of the goods and the speed with which they arrived. I am using the chilli grow in the greenhouse and the quadgrow outside. So far all is looking really good and the fact I don't need to water so often is fantastic! The water butt in the greenhouse is very useful and means I don't have to keep going outside to get water. I haven't had need of the timer yet but it looks well made and easy to use. Would definitely recommend this company. (Posted on 15/07/2015)

Amazing and I've seen the chillies, tomatoes, bananas, etc in their greenhouse over the Pennines. I can highly recommend the quadgrow. Just picked from 1 plant, 157 lemon drop (ripe) chillies with another 65 chillies ripening on the plant. This is in a unheated greenhouse in West Yorkshire!

My Greenhouse Sensation's Quadgrow rammed full of chillies. I have harvested about 1.5Kg of Yellow 7 Pots from this one plant already and there's probably a similar amount still to come. The plants in the Quadgrow are roughly 3 to 4 times the size of the rest of my chilli plants which are in 10ltr pots. More Quadgrows are definitely on my Christmas list for this year : -D (Posted on 01/10/2014)

Can I say that the Quadgrow and chilligrows that I have are awesome. Without doubt they are the best bit of kit I've got. Will defiantly be getting some more of them for next season. I planted up some Carolina reapers, these were a good two months later than the rest of my crop, after putting them into the Quadgrows they have now caught up with the rest of my plants. Totally amazing. (Posted on 26/09/2014)

This is a great product not only dose it mean my plants have the right amount of water they are growing at twice the rate of all my others. Im also using less water with the 2 quad grows and 2 chilli grows I got this year. I will definitely be ordering 2 more quad grows for next season. Although both products are great I think the quad grow is better value due to the material it is made from being more robust but overall im extremely pleased with both products and the service I received. As a company, I am delighted with their customer service, it's a pity other businesses don't learn from them
Product rating : I can only rate the product based on other feedback already received from other customers as I have bought the Quadgrows for next season, and as yet, they remain untested. I am sure however, that these are going to impress me as all their other products are top quality. (Posted on 28/10/2013)

better than pots Review by julian

I grew peppers under identical conditions, in the Quadgrow and in a normal plant pot. The experiment wasn't completely scientific, but the Quadgrow plants grew at roughly three times the rate, and produced much healthier plants with a much bigger crop of fruit. Have since used it to grow fantastic basil. Two or three other people have bought them after seeing the results I was getting (Posted on 28/10/2013)

Sexy products with stunning design Review by Warren
