Online Shopping

Whether you are browsing or shopping, we hope our site offers you a fabulous online experience. Here’s a little guidance on how to shop online. All prices shown on the website include V.A.T.

 

  1. To add a product to your wheelbarrow, add the quantity you would like to order in the box marked with a ‘0’. Then click ‘Add to wheelbarrow’.
  2. You will be re-directed to your wheelbarrow where you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
  3. To proceed to checkout , add your postcode to the ‘Estimate Delivery Box’ to calculate your delivery cost .
  4. During checkout you will be transferred to a secure server where you will be asked to complete contact and payment details.
  5. Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Security

You can be assured that all credit card transactions conducted on this website are both secure and protected. Our site is only secure if you use the correct shopping process. Do not under any circumstances e-mail your credit card details to Greenhouse Sensation as transmitting your details by this method may not be secure.

 

Returns and Guarantee Policy

We offer a full money back guarantee if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase. All we ask is that you return the goods to us unused within 14 days and we will refund your money in full (excluding carriage charges). 
This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We do advise all customers to read any care and maintenance information included with our products and product instructions to avoid the possibility of damage due to inappropriate use. If goods are damaged by inappropriate use we are unable to offer a refund or provide replacement goods. In the case of faulty goods being delivered we ask that customers contact us immediately by telephone, fax, email or letter. Faulty goods will be replaced by us and return postage costs incurred will be refunded in addition to the provision of replacement goods or refund of original costs including reasonable carriage charges.

 

Complaints Procedure

If you do have a complaint you should contact us immediately so that we may attempt to resolve the problem. You may telephone us on 0845 602 3774, fax us on 0845 602 3775 or email us at info@greenhousesensation.co.uk. We do all we can to respond to complaints promptly and within five working days.
