Mango, Ginger & Strawberry Smoothie

1 x cup chopped peeled mango
1 x cup strawberries
3/4 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup cold water 
1 x teaspoon fresh ginger or 2 x teaspoons of crystalized ginger 
2 x teaspoons honey

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until well-blended.

Pour into 2 glasses.
