Organic Nemaslug Slug Killer has been used extensively by professional growers for years, but only recently made available to the public.
Nemaslug is a nematode, a living organism that preys on slugs. Nemaslug contains 300,000 of these nematodes for every square metre of soil, giving at least 6 weeks control of slugs which is enough time for seedlings and bedding plants to get well established.
- No dead slugs to clean up - Slugs retreat below ground to die
- Cost effective - One application provides 6 weeks protection
- 100% natural - Nematodes are already in your soil but in numbers too small to deal with the slug population, Nemaslug boosts the population temporalily
- No damage to the ecosystem - Nematodes die off once they've killed all the slugs, so there's no damage to the eco-balance
- 100% safe around pets, children and wildlife - no harm comes to animals that eat an infected slug or a nematode
- Impossible to overdose

How nematodes work
Solely targeting slugs, these nematodes are perfectly harmless to children, pets, and other wildlife, and pose no hazard to food crops. In fact there are millions of them living quite happily in your garden right now.
The Phasmarhabditis hermaphrodita enters the slug while it’s below ground; infecting it with bacteria. The slug stops eating (your plants) within a few days, and dies within a week. The nematodes feed off the decomposing slug and reproduce, creating a new generation to move on and infect more slugs. When slug numbers are sufficiently diminished, these nematodes die back to their natural levels once more.
Completely harmless to children, pets, birds, and wildlife. Perfectly safe to use around food crops. Nemaslug – nematode slug killer Nemaslug pack Nemaslug – Slug Killer Nematodes are living organisms that need careful storage, which is why you don’t see them on the shelves at the garden centre.
