Vitopod Thermostat Not Working
If you've landed on this page it's looking like you may be having some problems with your Vitopod thermostat. Not to worry - we'll soon have you growing again!
If you're experiencing problems with your thermostat it's worth trying the below reset procedure. This should get everything working again - if not please give us a call on 01695 554 097 or send us the readings to email@example.com as explained below so that we know what we need to do to get you growing again.
Test the Thermostat
Plug the thermostat into the wall and conduct the following 2 tests
A: Place the probe in a glass of cold water for 5 minutes and note the temperature
B: Hold the probe in your hand for 5 minutes and note the temperature
Let us know the temperature readings
Test the base
Plug the base into the wall without the thermostat for one hour and check the temperature – if it doesn’t rise the problem is the base.
If you have a different thermometer you can use that to check the temperature.
Reattach the base and thermostat and set the thermostat and leave for two hours. If the Vitopod does not now start working correctly please let us know the readings above and we will be able to determine which part is defective and we can get you growing again
