Refund and Returns Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel an order before the goods have been despatched to you, we will refund the cost of your order in full. If you cancel your order after the goods have been despatched to you, you will be refunded less your P&P charge. Please bear in mind that we aim to despatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your order, so if you decide to cancel an order, please do it quickly!
If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect products, please contact us quoting your order reference number, and we will send out replacement products free of charge. Damages should be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. We will make arrangements with you to collect the damaged / incorrect items. We do reserve the right to contest any damaged goods claim.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you order from us within 30 days of receipt, please contact us quoting your order reference number, and request a Returns Number. You can then return the item to us for an immediate replacement or refund. If you have simply changed your mind, we will refund your payment minus carriage costs. If the item is faulty, we will also refund your carriage costs. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
All refunds will be credited to your debit or credit card.
