Terms and Conditions

If you cancel an order before the goods have been despatched to you, we will refund the cost of your order in full. If you cancel your order after the goods have been despatched to you, you will be refunded less your P&P charge. Please bear in mind that we aim to despatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days of receipt of your order, so if you decide to cancel an order, please do it quickly!

If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect products, please contact us quoting your order reference number, and we will send out replacement products free of charge. Damages should be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. We will make arrangements with you to collect the damaged / incorrect items. We do reserve the right to contest any damaged goods claim.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you order from us within 30 days of receipt, please contact us quoting your order reference number, and request a Returns Number. You can then return the item to us for an immediate replacement or refund. If you have simply changed your mind, we will refund your payment minus carriage costs. If the item is faulty, we will also refund your carriage costs. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds will be credited to your debit or credit card.

Our Product Guarantees ensures total peace of mind, with each product being guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. Please note that our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, colour fading, misuse or abuse however caused. Any claims must be supported by a valid proof of purchase.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect the information from you that we need to process your order smoothly. We will never supply your details to a third party. We may from time to time e-mail you to advise you of our new product introductions. You will be given the option not to receive such e-mails.

You can be assured that all debit and credit card transactions conducted on this site are both secure and protected. When you are ready to pay for your order, you will be transferred to a Secure Payment Server for the final transaction. Therefore no card details are ever held by us, or passed back to us, ensuring the highest level of transaction security.

We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. Any complaint via post, telephone, fax or e-mail will be answered as soon as possible. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.
